Im going to join the police academy for a few years while i finish school, but they told me that my credit has to be clean and that i dont have to owe nothing. I have two credit cards, when i went to best buy they coulnt give me credit for that store? how can i check my credit score? and how can i fix it? Thx in Advance

That's what I did. How long have you had those two credit cards, and are they retailer (Macy's) or visa, MasterCard's?
