  1. If you are looking at your credit report, I believe the last page will tell you how to correct any false or misled information. There should also be phone numbers for the credit bureaus and you can call them to dispute an item. You will probably need to send them (make sure you make copies to send-keep originals) receipts of paid off debt, etc. Good Luck!!
  2. There are many ways of doing it. Yes, one way would be calling each and everyone of them individually. Another way which is the way I do it. You can go to the person who pulled your credit and ask them to order a supplement as long as you can provide proof for the dispute. I know this because I use a credit agency which allows me to order supplements and have it disputed in less than 24 hours.
  3. I wrote each one of the 3 credit bureaus a letter stating that my house was paid off and sent them proof. That worked.
  4. send them to the credit people or call each one and tell them about which one u want to dispute..
  5. You can contact the credit reporting agency's and file a dispute over anything that is incorrect in your file. They have 30-days to prove that the information is correct or they must remove it.
  6. You can send one letter with a list of everything that is wrong. Be advised that you will also need proof of the errors. For example, if a collection has been settled, you will need to send along a copy of the receipt to show that you are right and they are wrong. Send one letter to EACH credit bureau. They don't share information with one another.
