is 635 an average credit score?

I am trying to rent an apartment and based from fico my credit score right now is 635, is anybody can tell me if I will be approve on my score?

1. yes you will be approved, but that is lower than the national average. it is 686
2. ficca is out issac scoring is in no repoes,bankrupt,pay bills on time
3. Your credit is fair.(not good not bad)you will be able to get the apt. but you might have to give a little more down....an average credit score is around 690....
4. Your score should be fine for getting an apartment. I would think it would be above average for most renters. As long as you have no negative past rental history, you should be fine. good luck.
