2. all u have to do is contact one of the credit agencies i.e. Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion inform them that you would like your score and if it's your first time for that year it'll be free..u can get contact info for these agencies via the web
3. I got it at the bank. I was "trying" to get a loan, and I asked for a copy of the report.
4. The 1st 3 people are telling you how to get your report for free. THERE IS NO WHERE YOU CAN GET YOUR SCORE FOR FREE. No where at all. Fair Issac's CO (the CO that provides the FICO score) is a separate entity from the credit reporting agencies and therefor does not fall under the once a year for free catagory. Sorry

8. !! This is a trick question.. you see everyone keeps referring you to www.annualcreditreport.com but they dont give you your credit score!! Only your credit report! The one way I know how to get a free credit score is to sign up for MyFico's credit score tracker (30-day free trial) -- you'll get your score and you'll be able to monitor any changes that come up.
