Where can I check my credit score online?

I'm currently looking to get my credit score. I had one thru my BoA account, but It was a long time ago and the free report is over. I am looking into a car (possibly) and would like to check my credit first. what's a good, safe, reliable site I can use to see my actual score? when i went to use ACR about 2 months ago, as luck would have it.. a lighting storm came and turned the power out, and it said i used it already

  1. Creditchecktotal.com
  2. Any of the credit reporting sites (Experian, etc.) will give you your score for a fee. If you just want your report, go here: http://www.annualcreditreport.com
  3. annualcreditreport.com...............it's free once a year to see your report.....low cost to see score.
  4. you can check your credit once a year for free without getting penalized. go to www.annualcreditreport.com. it will give you a detailed report. you also have the option to purchase your fico score from experian, equifax, and/or transunion. i don't remember how much it was, but it wasn't that expensive. if the website is showing that you have already requested your score, first try clearing your cookies & cache. the information may just be stored on your computer & that is what is prompting the website to give you this message. if that doesn't work, you might want to try requesting your report by phone or mail. maybe they will be able to tell that you have not actually received a report. go to www.annualcreditreport.com & click on frequently asked questions. then go to "how else can i request my free credit report?" there you will find the phone number & mailing instructions. if that still does not work, you may want to try contacting the individual companies--transunion, experian, & equifax. visit their websites for more details & contact information.
